5G-CARMEN, 5G-MOBIX and 5GCroCo joint booth was awarded with the “Best Booth” recognition of EuCNC'19. Dirk Hetzer, 5GCroCo Technical Manager, received the award during EuCNC Gala Dinner, celebrated in Valencia, on the 20th June 2019.

The European 5G Annual Journal 2019 was released this May. It was prepared in the framework of the To-Euro-5G project. The aim of this fourth edition of the  Journal is to present an analysis of the 5G ecosystem evolution over the past year. 5GCroCo contributed as part of phase 3 5G-PPP projects, which started in 2018. 5GCroCo will be present at EuCNC'19, to be held in Valencia, Spain, from 18-21 June.

5GCroCo will be involved in a variety of activities:


This week, on 7th and 8th of May 2019, the 5GCroCo team has celebrated a face-to-face meeting, hosted by HTW Saar in Saarbrücken (Germany). The team has worked together on the specification of the 5G trials for cross-border connected and automated mobility planned for execution in Q1 2020. In addition, the team has taken the opportunity to visit the cross-border corridor connecting the cities of Metz-Merzig-Luxembourg, where the large scale trials of 5GCroCo will be conducted. More details on the trials will be available very soon, since the first public deliverable of 5GCroCo, with a detailed description of the trials that will be executed, is planned for this summer 2019.
